Trading 3 number 1 picks to Boston to acquire Fultz while the Celts drafted Tatum was a HUGE no-no

Simmons was a "cant miss" prospect. I know it was discussed in a recent thread but he has had a good career up to now. However not good enough for a 1st overall "cant miss prospect"
